Booking Conditions
Reservations

- Names, certification level, dive experience and date of last dive must be provided at least 7 days before arrival.
- Availability will be confirmed within 24–48 hours after receiving the reservation request.
- Only reservations confirmed by email from our Reservations Office will be considered valid.
Group Policy
- Groups are defined as 8 or more people traveling together.
- Availability will be confirmed within 24 hours of the group booking request.
- For every 8 paying divers, the 9th diver receives services free of charge.
- Private boat is guaranteed for groups with a minimum of 8 divers.
Children Policy
Children under the age of 10 are not accepted.
Check-in
Check-in time: 8:00 AM
Customers should arrive at the dive center ideally the day before or at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
During check-in, customers should:
- Present certification card, diving insurance, medical certificate (or complete the medical questionnaire), and logbook.
- Complete the standard registration form.
- Request any necessary diving equipment (rental).
We strongly recommend a refresher dive or Scuba Review for your safety and enjoyment.
Payment Conditions
- 50% payment within 7 days after booking confirmation.
- Remaining 50% payment 30 days prior to arrival.
- Extras will be paid at check-out.
- All packages are personal and non-transferable.

Cancellation and No Show Fees
Bookings
- Cancellation more than 7 days prior: no fee.
- Cancellation 7 days or less prior: 50% fee of total booking value.
- No-show: 100% fee of total booking value.
- No-show due to documented “unforeseen circumstances” may be reviewed case-by-case.
Change/Cancellation by Diver
- We’ll do our best to accommodate changes with at least 24h notice.

- Flight or travel issues must be communicated at least 24h before the activity.
- No refund if you decide to interrupt your diving holiday without valid justification.
Change/Cancellation by Octopus Diving Center
- If unforeseen circumstances prevent service delivery, we will:
- Provide an equivalent service (same value and characteristics), if available.
Weather/Marine Forecast
In case of adverse weather or dangerous sea conditions, activities may be cancelled for safety reasons.
Advertising Accuracy
We do our best to keep all promotional and website content updated. Let us know if you find inconsistencies.
General Behaviour
Disrespectful behavior towards staff, rules or other guests may result in removal from activities without refund.
Complaints
All complaints should be directed to the center manager as soon as possible during your stay.
Environmental Preservation
We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt participation in activities if there is lack of environmental respect.
